Abstract
OI is a 35 year old male who was brought into the emergency department of the Federal Medical centre with the third episode of seizure in his life. The last seizure had occurred about a year prior to presentation and he had never presented for a medical consult. A CT scan done showed features of extensive left hemispheric brain arterio-venous malformation.
