Abstract
The retrospective analysis of frequency of development, severity and clinical aspects of undesirable adverse reactions to medicines in children with infectious diseases is submitted. It is established that most often application of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs was the cause of hospitalization in a hospital in connection with complications of pharmacotherapy while in the group of the patients receiving treatment in a hospital side effects arose at purpose of germicides. Among complications of pharmacotherapy allergic reactions prevailed.
