Abstract
In this work, the shortest path algorithm is proposed in order to minimize the cost of telephone cable based on the weighted fuzzy graph and spanning tree. The problem of telephone line cable connection in some districts of Tamil Nadu is illustrated in showing the effectiveness of matrix algorithm which is based on the weighted Fuzzy graph.
