Marjolins ulcer is a cutaneous malignancy that previously traumatized and chronically inflammed. The incidence of Marjolins ulcer in acral lentiginous melanoma form is extremely low. Wide local excision was performed and it was diagnosed histopathologically as acral lentiginous melanoma.
