Abstract
The processes of request, search, selection and delivery of video content in peer-to-peer networks with the unstructured architecture, which is most consistent with heterogeneous and dynamic Internet environment are considered in this work. The problem solution of files fragmentation requested by the consumer in a P2P network of streaming video using a discrete-continuous mathematical autoregressive model is used, which displays the state of each j-th peers on each of the k-steps of fragmentation. The solution of the problem is reduced to the procedure of dynamic programming.
