Abstract
In a government organization, the success or failure in the implementation of the tasks and governance, influenced by the leadership, organizational culture and motivation, which in turn will create and improve employee performance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The experiment was conducted at Maros Department of Education. Sampling technique used was stratified random sampling based on the level of groups of Civil Servants (Group I, II, III, and IV). The data used were primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used was Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are the indicators of leadership instruction, consultation, participation and delegation does not affect the performance of employee at Maros Department of Education. Organizations culture final outcome indicators, work obedience and employment, innovation, detail / accuracy in work, results orientation, employee morale and aggressiveness, satisfaction andconsistent effect on employee performance Maros District Education Office.
