The Relationship between Motivation, Fear of Failure and Procrastination among Working Women

Abstract
With rapid growth of business and industry in the 21st century, more and more women are becoming a part of the workforce to make a mark and to show their potential. The present study investigates the relationship between the fear of failure and procrastination on the motivation of working women. The sample consisted of 60 participants and the scales used were Work Motivation Scale, Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory, (PFAI) and Adult Inventory of Procrastination (AIP). The findings suggested that there is a positive correlation between the variables.
