Abstract
Urinary incontinence affects up to two-thirds of all women. Female athletes who participate in high-impact sports may be at higher risk for urinary incontinence and may lack knowledge of prevention measures. The study aimed to study the effectiveness of a combination of physiotherapeutic techniques and core muscle strengthening exercises on stress urinary incontinence and athletic performance. The combination of physiotherapeutic techniques and core muscle strengthening exercises showed superior results in improving athletic performance among collegiate females
