Spiritual Leadership: A New Insight for the Corporate World

Evaluation of twenty years literature on spiritual leadership is presented in this paper. The debate if leaders are born or made has raged for many centuries. Leadership development is multibillion dollar industry in the West as well as in the East. There are many leadership development programs, yet the search for an ideal solution has not given unambiguous answer. Does leadership development program really work Can practice of yoga be a solution to this As we search answers to these queries, there is no doubt that spiritual components of leadership training is the need of the hour and is gaining world-wide attention.
