Abstract
This research paper focuses on studying the effectiveness of Interactive teaching strategies based on learners learning style. The learning style was used as criteria to classify the learners. A standardized test constructed by Dr. Venkataraman (SOLAT) was used for identification of the learning style of the teacher trainees. The 33 teacher trainees in the sample were identified with three learning styles out of the five learning styles. The teacher made achievement tests were applied. This study implies that the use of appropriate Interactive teaching strategies, based on learners learning style is effective for better achievement in Science and Technology.
