Abstract
Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template with hexagonal shaped nano-pores with high aspect ratio was fabricated by two-step anodization processes from high purity aluminum foil in oxalic acid solution. AAO template was prepared at different conditions such as voltage and temperature. The electrolyte temperature was kept at 7, 10 and 15 C, and applied anodizing voltage was 30 and 40 V. It was find that the best ordering occurs at 40 V& at 10 C, all the pores were uniform with hexagonal ordered structure. By applying various anodization conditions, AAO templates with pore diameter (3050nm) and interpore distance varying from 90nm to 110nm were fabricated.
