Abstract
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships with customers have become essential for survival among competitive service industries. In recent years, customer loyalty has been the favorable theme for numerous tourism studies and reports. This paper aims to investigate the changing paradigms of customer loyalty in hospitality sector especially with respect to the satisfaction catered by hotel industry. Exploratory type of study will be conducted by surveying the existing knowledge in the field.
