Abstract
The speed of ultrasonic waves has been measured in aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol at 1 MHz frequency. Measurements were carried out in temperature range 30C to 65C at different concentration range 0.3 % to 1.0 %. Different acoustical parameters have been calculated like intermolecular free length, relaxation time and adiabatic compressibility by using measured values of ultrasonic speed, density and viscosity. By using these values intermolecular interactions are discussed.
