Abstract
Genotype Environment Interaction (GEI) is a common phenomenon in genetics as it results in inconsistent performance between the genotype across environments. When interaction occurs, factor present in environment, as well as the genetic constitution of genotype, influences the phenotypic expression of a trait. Due to their importance in the practical world the different methods of calculating it have been studied in present paper. The stability measures of different genotypes have also been studied.
