Abstract
The work presents a design of VGA Controller using FPGA, as a standard display interface. VGA (Video Graphics Array) has been widely used. In this paper we have given its top layer module design and the timing function. This controller is developed using Verilog HDL based in IEEE standards, to ensure the portability with any manufacture. In this paper we have also given design flow of VGA synchronization signal.
