Abstract
FMEA is generally a methodology used for product and process design, by identifying the potential failure and prioritizing them subsequently reduces the error in the process. In this work it is also used as a process development and implement tool which is implemented in precision bearing manufacturing company. FMEA technique is systematic tool based on team working which usually can be used for identify, prevent, eliminate, or control of potential error causes in process.
