Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, managerial ability and business strategy for business growth. This study uses the approach of causality between variables with a sample of 159 respondents, and analytical equipment using is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that, the most powerful variables contribute in enhancing the growth of small and medium enterprises is a business strategy, followed by managerial ability, while the entrepreneurial orientation variables contribute most in improving the growth of small and medium businesses. This study found that, entrepreneurial orientation, managerial ability and business strategy have a positive and significant effect in improving the growth of small and medium enterprises in the Sulawesi Tenggara.
