Abstract
Load distribution is one of the most important problem faced in the cloud computing environment when the servers are connected to the network. Load distribution is used to distribute the workload among multiple computers and their resources. Whenever a user needs to run an application on the server, the processing begins and the computer needs to allocate some resources for the application to run. Here the resources are allocated dynamically, depending on the application usage and load distribution the performance of the server is optimised. In this paper the concept of skewness is used to find the uneven resource utilization and distribution of load.
