Abstract
The complex permittivity of Caffeine (1, 3, 7, -trimethyl xanthine) in aqueous solution for various temperatures and concentrations have been measured as a function of frequency between 10 MHz to 30 GHz using time domain reflectometry technique. Dielectric parameters, static dielectric constant, relaxation time and thermodynamic parameters i. e. Enthalpy of Activation -H, Entropy of activation -S were obtained for various concentration of caffeine in water.
