Abstract
Image Compression is a technique which removes the irrelevant data. Image Compression can be done by using PCA and LDA separately. In this paper, we proposed the new improved algorithm in which PCA and LDA is used as combined approach as PCDA with Huffman Coding by using this new algorithm we get the better Compression Ratio as well as Time taken for Compression is less.
