Abstract
This study was indicated that the mineral concentrations were highly significant (Pless than 0.01) difference in camel meat compared to that in beef and goat meat. The camel meat has a highest concentrate of calcium compared to beef and goat meat. . Phosphorous concentration high in camel meat compared to that of beef and goat meat. Camel meat contained slightly higher concentration of sodium than the beef and goat meat. Potassium concentration was more in camel meat than that of beef and goat meat. Magnesium concentrate was high in camel meat compared to that of beef and goat meat. Ferrous concentration was high in camel meat compared to beef and goat meat. This study also indicated that the mineral concentrations were highly significant (Pless than 0.01) in camel meat compared to that in beef and goat meat.
