Job Involvement in Relation to Organizational Climate: A Study on Government Employees

Abstract
The main objective behind this study is to examine the relationship between job involvement and organizational climate of government employees. The study also focuses on the gender differences on the basis of these factors. This study is conducted on 200 middle level male and female employees in total, belonging to urban domicile. A survey of government employees (aged 40-55) reveals that job involvement has significant positive correlation with organizational climate in total. Additionally, this relation found to be significantly correlated in case of both female employees and their male counterparts.
