Abstract
A new steganographic method using reversible texture synthesis is proposed in this paper. A texture synthesis process re-samples a smaller texture image which synthesizes a new texture image with a similar local appearance and arbitrary size. Along with reversible texture synthesis process, reserving room method is used to embed additional data, which is the highlight of this paper. Traditional RDH algorithm is used for reserving room method. Data hider can reversibly embed additional data in stegosynthetic texture image. The proposed method can achieve real reversibility, that is, texture image recovery and data extraction cause no error.
