Abstract
This study was performed to evaluate the cause of fever with thrombocytopenia, its clinical profile and related complications with the same. In this study unspecified viral fever was the most common cause in Marathwada region of Maharashtra, followed by Dengue and malaria. ARDS is the most common complication in this study
