Abstract
Root dilaceration is defined as a deformity that is characterized by displacement of a tooths root from its normal alignment with the crown. Controlled regularly tapered preparation of the curved canals is the ultimate challenge in endodontics. This article gives a review of the literature and two interesting case reports of root dilacerations.
