Abstract
Using time domain Reflectometry, dielectric permittivity ( & epsilon;') and dielectric loss ( & epsilon;') for caffeine - chloroform solution at 25 & deg;C over frequency range10 MHz to 30 GHz have been measured. Observations are taken for different molar concentration of Caffeine - Chloroform (0M to 0.5M) at 25 & deg;C. The effect of frequency and molar concentration on dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss has been studied.
