Abstract
Surgical management of fracture Neck of Femur is dictated by physiological age of the patient. An Intracapsular fracture of neck of Femur in adults are relatively uncommon and is difficult to manage. The study intends to analyze the functional outcome of Femoral neck fracture in adults below 60yrs of age treated surgically by internal fixation following delayed presentation more than 48 hrs after trauma.
