Abstract
Demands for higher transmission capacity like video, affect the quality of experience (QoE) and quality of service (QoS) provided to the users. This study sets out a hybrid prediction and evaluation strategy for the behavior of QoE and QoS metrics through measurement campaigns, Bayesian networks and simulation, to assist indoor environmental planning. Metrics of the RSSI (Receiver Signal Strength Indicator), jitter, packet loss, delay, PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) and SSIM (Structural Similarity), from the indoor measurements that were carried out and show that the possibility of applying this proposal to other situations cannot be ruled out.
