Abstract
Ischemic stroke is one of the common diseases found in medical wards, and is one of the common causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. There are many causes of ischemic stroke and hyperhomocysteinemia is one of the documented causes. Atherogenic nature of homocysteine plays an important role in the development of ischemic stroke. The aim of this study is to correlate homocysteine and cerebral ischemic stroke.
