Abstract
As part of a transformation of Sudan, egovernment, and the transition from traditional techniques to cloud computing technology to meet the requirements phase. This paper reflects the efforts to move from traditional IT to cloud computing technology and data migration of traditional data center and operate in to the cloud computing environment. To provide e-government services and then move to smart government. Also, cloud computing technology based on cost reduction and optimal use of resources are fully fit technology with third world countries such as Sudan. The contribution of this paper is to provide a comprehensible overview of key-characteristics of current solutions and outline the problems they do and do not address. This paper should serve as an entry point for orientation of future research regarding new applications in cloud computing and advanced requirements for data management [2].
