Abstract
Jittery trend is shown in stock markets of many countries due to waves of Covid-19. This research examines the impact of herding and Covid-19 on Textile Sector in Pakistan from 2019 to 2021. The daily data is used for analysis. After in depth analysis, it is concluded that herding and Covid-19 has significant impact on textile of Pakistan. The results and finding of the study provides considerable support to financial analysts, investors, and fund managers in creating investment decisions. It is recommended that herding and impact of Covid -19 can be considered during the processes of investment decision making.
