Abstract
COVID-19 outbreak came with various life threatening issues and the health care workers were the ones most affected by this with longer working hours, fear of the virus, stressful job. And are therefore under increased physical and psychological pressures. This study was done to assess and understand the Correlation between physical activity levels and psychological well-being levels in health care workers, using the IPAQ scale and the PGWBI scale. The results were then analyzed and showed a positive correlation.
