Abstract
National family health survey-3 of India has revealed startling lower exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) rates in some states compared with national data. Breastfeeding difficulties refers to problems that arise from breastfeeding, the feeding of an infant or young child with milk from a woman's breasts. There are a lot of difficulties seen in mothers to continue to breastfeed their baby. This article implies about these problems and how to overcome the problems. An exclusively breastfed baby depends on breast milk completely, so it is important for the mother to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and especially a good diet. The obstetric and pediatric network should encourage adolescent and younger parents who prefer to breastfeed and provide augmented support systems, including formal parenting programs and guide corporations.
