Abstract
The Internet of Things (IOT) and big data are evolving technologies can be make use of to derive knowledge and support applications for constructing a green building. When the development of internet of things technology popularly increased, that time smart building concept also popular.so it also af ect the climate control even Microwave, Refrigerator, Desktop system, laptops also influence the environmental conditions. This framework was designed to learn building thermal properties from the previously collected data and the process fully automated without human interaction. The learning framework has been collecting the data from IOT platform installed building over a year. The Learning process is automated using cloud computing technology. This paper discuss about how to construct a green building with the expanding framework to study a multistage coolingheating system
