Abstract
In the paper the application of cognitive modeling methodology for analyzing processes of the department sokoochystky sugar factory and getting the forecast scenario-dynamic system behavior. Cognitive modeling method allows to analyze factors influencing their interaction strength, build roughly weighted graph factors for dynamic semistructured system.
