Abstract

The article discusses the feasibility of complications algorithms for calculating the control actions to control the process of water purification for the production of medicines. There were descripted the water treatment process and its basic principles on temperature conditions, research on improving the quality of prepared water temperature control.The purpose of this study was to develop an automatic control system, ensures that the temperature of treated water within the established routine technology zones. For the development of the automatic control system and study its performance simulation method was used digital simulation. A model was developed object management based on dynamic and static properties of the real object of the channel management. The research was conducted in two phases: development and study of automatic regulation systems (basic structure using PID-controllers and high dynamic accuracy with help of additional dynamic links that provide invariance of system to the defective reaction of cross channel in the facility control), development and study of system automatic control, which guarantees finding the temperature within the Regulations. Modeling was carried out in a software environment Simulink software Matlab.The simulation results showed an improvement of direct and integral indicators of the quality of the automatic control system.
