Parking Demand Assessment for Light Rail Transit Stations

When a new transportation facility is introducing into a city it should be properly planned. Otherwise it may cause bad impacts on the city. Lots of people are coming to the city daily for educational and work purposes. The peoples coming to the city in various private modes find it difficult to park their vehicles because of lack of parking space. So on-street parking is common in the city. This creates lot of problems to the road users. This study will provide a clear idea about parking demand calculation of Light Rail Transit Stations which is going to be implemented in Thiruvananthapuram city.
