Abstract
The current state of workforce planning management is analyzed. The necessity of using economic-mathematical modeling to solve the problems of personnel management is justified. The expediency of Windows SPSS to build mathematical models of workforce planning is proved. The possibilities of using the basic functions of SPSS for building multi-linear model of labor productivity in order to identify untapped reserves of its increase are considered.
