Abstract
Improving the students' management level by means of biometrics technology has a far-reaching significance to increase overall campus efficiencies for the university. This paper presents a smart campus solution that enables secured and seamless information flow across different user groups at Yangon Technological University (YTU) through a new, integrated, multi-channel solution. The proposed system is based on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology to provide speech-enabled responsive system to improve access control, reduce resource usage and prevent identity theft. For preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information and services of the university, voice biometric based user authentication technology is applied.
