Abstract
Globalization has greatly increased the supply chain risk and its impact. The endless efforts to improve responsiveness and reduce costs has created new kinds of supply chain risks. Many companies have recognized this and are now undertaking supply chain risk management programs. This work deals with the prioritization of eight supply chain risks identi?ed through literature and expert opinion using Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) technique Integrated approach of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Situation (TOPSIS) for a bicycle manufacturing company.
