Análisis de la problemática en gestión de personal referida a la industria de la construcción en Colombia y perspectivas de futuro

This paper is a study concerning the different personnel management problems facing the construction industry in Colombia. An analysis and inquiry with the participation of students in the academic year of Personnel Management Civil Works periods of 2015 and 2016. In short, it is a study carried out by the mentioned course, updating theoretical and contextual framework of the systematized problem. By seedbed of Activos ECACEN an analysis of the literature is developed to determine the general problem, different texts found about contrasted, although it should be noted that there is an insufficient data or documents compiled to characterize the general environment you live in personnel management of construction. It was carried out a characterization from the documentation found and then it was made an inquiry to professionals with experience in managing staff serving the construction industry in our country, that it was supported by management program Civil Works' students. Based on the consultation, an overview will be taking into account for the decision who would get concerned with the issue.
