Abstract
Private security over time has had a trend of steady growth and is very important in the economic sector of the country. Therefore seeks to given an overview about the competitiveness level of the 10 leader schools in Bogotá. The above according to the latest reports found in the Private Security Superintendency accountability. This article is a research that seeks to identify the SMEs compe-titiveness in the private security schools. Therefore seeks to give a general view about companies' competences in quality service from the research study information.The different SME and Autono-mous Competitiveness Tests found were carried out. As a result it was found that 56% of women and 44% men work in schools, and mostly stated that are developing specified criteria on each item and few answers showed that are changing constantly. Therefore it is concluded that these survei-llance training academies have made efforts to be competitive.
