PERFORMANCE OF MICROFINANCE BANKS IN ENHANCING THE SUGAR CANE GROWING CAPACITY AND ITS IMPACT ON SUGAR INDUSTRY OF SINDH

Abstract
The study sought to examine the root cause communique financial and financing problems faced by majority of sugar cane growers, due to no marketing options available for sugar cane crop and root causes of small sugar cane growers facing in Sindh's Banks and secondly due to technological backwardness bears huge losses of stock in agriculture sector of cultivating sugar cane crops issues also rising on land of operating area covering less than 12.5 acres of irrigated land or less than 25 acres of un-irrigated land, in Sindh province. After examined Pakistan Sugar Mills Association annual reports from 2011 to 2020 complete one portion of sugar paradigm clarifies Sugar production recorded 6.6 million tonnes in session from September 30, 2019 (PSMA 2019-2020, as compare to preceding year sugar production 2017-2018 years' bumper sugar cane crop 83 million tonnes. Another portion of the coin reflection of standalone picture of small and medium sugar cane growers and position of the government resulted performance declined on manifestos, according to State Bank of Pakistan in GDP growth declined at 3.4% in 2019-2020 as compare to GDP portion 5.5% posted in 2018-2019(SBP, 2018-2019). Since it is not possible to increase area under Sugar Cane cultivation the suggested second step is to undertake efforts to develop new varieties offering higher yield and recovery. According this research effort would better shape the future of sugar cane growers community through research and development can be possible, by creating awareness on the financing opportunities and good marketing options for sugar cane crops as well as modern sugar cane farming techniques. It is concluded with evidences as identified and summarized analysis by statistically and the data from interviews analysis and examine the sugar cane cultivation remained understood this research a larger portion in the Sindh and rest of provinces of Pakistan (Adnan, Q. 2005). This research and development for sugar cane farm community results in higher sugar cane production and better returns to the sugar cane growers. The research study recognized of informal credit finance markets in Sindh, agriculture finance like a fuel for agriculture drive the cash crop for rest of the provinces markets research including majority of and impact of agriculture sugar cane section of financing inclusions. Research piece contains some of the most important market research indicators of product and price of agriculture produces remains creates market impact on performance by analysis and examine of the agriculture microfinance institutions and impact of agriculture cash crop in consecutive financial years.
