The researches the of Turkish-Islamic literature area constitute an important part of our cultural and literary heritage. In order to know this literature properly, it is necessary to understand the poets who convey the traces of the society in which they lived. The revealing of the Works which written during the Turkish-Islamic literature is important for our literature. The 17th century was a stagnation period for the Ottoman Empire. The literary developments were not affected by the political, social and economic recessions in this century and even this century was mentioned as the maturity period for Turkish-Islamic literature. Tulû‘î is one of the 17th century poets in which Turkish-Islamic literature has raised numerous poets. Because there is no information about the life of the poet in the tezkires, the information which we gave about his life has been taken from the works of Pasha-nâme. The poet's work shows that he lived in Istanbul in the 17th century close to the palace, but there is no sing of the date of birth and death. In this article will be given an information about the life, works and art of Tulû'î which is estimated to have lived in the second half of the 16th century and the first half of the 17th century. But the information did not mentione in the tezkires. There will be given poet's mesnevi named Paşa-nâme as well.
