Abstract
One solution to solve the problem of unemployment is to try to create theirown jobs through the path of entrepreneurship. Based on these facts, entrepreneurship (entrepreneurship) will have a very important role for the people of Indonesia, especially in addressing the problem of unemployment.Entrepreneurship is one of the Indonesian economic driving progresses. It is not only conducted by the men, women too. Nowadays, women entrepreneur were minority, but entrepreneurship in some country cannot be separated from the participant and role of women. The role was from micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) such as a grocery store. The goal of this research is to analyze thebusiness motivation and discipline of entrepreneurial women in relation to business performance. The methodology research uses SPSS 24 measurements and the results of the research shows that business motivation and discipline have a positive effect on business performance
