Abstract
The analysis of air pollution dynamics in Kyiv during 2001 and 2010 was conducted. The level of pollution in the city remains high. The main source of pollution is vehicles. For the first time it is seen a decrease of air pollution. The period assessment within the statistical error does not contradict the hypothesis of connection with the solar activity cycle. For the first time a mathematical model of this regularity is proposed and regression functions with the correlation ratio of 0,8?0,9 is estimated. The estimation of annual maximum permissible concentration of formaldehyde, dust, carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide was made.
