Abstract
This paper aims to determine the performance of employees at PT ABCD, a start-up company that works in the field of waste management services, this aims to determine the departments that have achieved or not achieved work performance targets using the OKR (Objective & Key Results) method. it is known that as many as 7 out of 10 departments that conduct OKR assessments score more than 50% of the predetermined OKR target.
