The reforms in the field of electronic payments development in Azerbaijan

The article is dedicated to a research of reforms in Azerbaijan Republic in cashless payments field and a forecast of the electronic payments dynamics until 2020. The reforms by the government are outlined and analyzed and forecast is accomplished with the usage of the econometric model SARIMA. The author reveals that during past years the volume of cashless payments in Azerbaijan increased with the aid of enhanced electronic payment system, and if this trend continues, it is predicted that it will continue to escalate and expand.
