Talent management as a way to develop human capital in industry

Abstract
The development of an innovative economy, the acceleration of technological change requires new forms and methods to improve the quality of human capital. In the current situation, it is especially important to develop the talents of employees, to form a system of self-government to make effective decisions in changing conditions, to apply flexible and effective labor methodologies, to create an organizational culture based on trust. Talent is perceived by an employee as a demonstration of high performance, selfdiscipline and a desire for self-awareness. The article discusses human capital talent management in industry, as well as the interconnected processes of the talent management system. It was determined that the proposed talent management tools among employees will contribute to the economic efficiency of the enterprise, increase the competitiveness of products, reduce staff turnover and strengthen a healthy environment in the workforce.
