To establish the influence of factors on sugar beet production grouping has been conducted according to the statements of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine for 2015. 397 farms which exercise accounting in full were selected for the analysis. It has been determined that there is a direct linear relationship between yield and total manufactured output. Meaning that, the higher the company performance yield is, the more will the production of sugar beets be, and accordingly the amount of profit, and vice versa. Also, having analyzed the performance indicators of the regional peculiarities of the industry, including the Kiev region, it has been revealed that productivity is the most important indicator, which reflects the impact of crop, and its level describes the impact of economic, institutional and environmental conditions in which the process of agricultural production is conducted, and reflects the quality economic performance of each economy. Therefore, to increase sugar beet yields, as extremely labor-intensive culture, it should be strived to improve the quantitative and qualitative indicators of soil and implement intensive technologies into the production process that provide improvement of mechanization on the main stages of cultivation and harvesting.
